P&G and Stock Plan Administration have selected E*TRADE Financial Corporate Services, Inc. as our new equity administrator. Former employees transitioned on January 14, 2019, and current employees transitioned May 20, 2019.


E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley joined forces in late 2020. Morgan Stanley has assumed responsibility for the custody and clearing services previously provided by E*TRADE. E*TRADE transferred our accounts as well as our assets and obligations to Morgan Stanley in September 2023 (now E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley at Work).

Stock Options
 
What you need to know:
As of May 20, 2019, E*TRADE's website and contacts will be the only way to exercise your stock options.
 
What you need to do:
If you haven't already activated your E*TRADE account, please do so as soon as possible. Activation takes approximately 15 minutes online.
During the Activation process, complete the online certification of your tax withholding status (International participants will be asked to complete Form W-8BEN, and US individuals will complete the W9 form).

RSUs and PSUs
 
What you need to know:
At this time, all outstanding RSU and PSU awards as of November 2021 are viewable within the E*TRADE platform.
 
What you need to do:
If you haven't already activated your E*TRADE account, please do so as soon as possible. Activation takes approximately 15 minutes online.
On the assigned vest date, RSUs and PSUs automatically release with no action required by you.
In general, an RSU will deliver to you as common stock (Sell-to-Cover) unless you elect a cash disbursement (Same-day Sale).
Participants can make changes to their election up until the business day before the vest.
You will manage this election separately for each unique award within the Complete View>Stock Plan>Holdings tab>Restricted Stock>Edit Elections tab section of your E*TRADE account.
Click on the Elect>Tax Payment Elections>Use Drop Down to elect your preference.
Any questions about how to change this election should be directed to E*TRADE’s customer service team using the contact information below.
If cash settlement is required under local laws or restrictions on the date your award delivers to you, you will receive cash, regardless of your election.
